Kling V4 AI is an online service that generates short videos with sound from your prompts, images, video clips and voice samples, using Kuaishou's Kling 4.0 video model. We operate the website and the account, storage and generation service behind it.

This policy covers the website and the generation service.

Account information: your email address, name and sign-in method, and, if you sign in with a third-party provider, the basic profile it shares.

Content: the prompts you write, the images, video clips and audio you upload, and the videos generated from them.

Usage and device information: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, browser type and a device identifier used to prevent abuse.

Payment information: purchases are handled by our payment provider. We receive the purchase record, not your full card details.

We use your information to provide the service: to sign you in, generate the videos you request, store them in your account, process payments and credits, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service.

When you generate a video, your prompt and the files you added are sent to our video generation provider to render the result. The provider processes them only to complete your request and may check them for prohibited content.

People in your images or clips can be recognized in the result, and a voice sample can make the video speak in that voice. Upload a person's image, voice or video only when you have the right to use it and they have agreed. Do not upload anything showing children.

Generated videos are AI creations and may be imperfect. They are not statements by anyone who appears in them.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, storage, email, payments, analytics and video generation), when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Uploaded images, clips and audio are deleted automatically 30 days after the video is created. Generated videos and their prompts stay in your account while it is open.

Email support@klingv4.com to ask us to delete your account and the content stored for it sooner. We may keep limited records when the law, a dispute, fraud prevention or a payment requires it.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and private storage to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password or a trusted sign-in provider.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences such as language and theme. If analytics is enabled, we use it to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@klingv4.com from the address on your account. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

The service is not directed to children under 16. Do not create an account if you are under 16, and do not upload images, video or audio of anyone under 16. If you believe we hold a child's data, contact us and we will delete it.
